In edoc automate, access to certain functions and areas is restricted by rights.
In the Keycloak user administration, users are assigned certain roles by default so that they can access the functions and areas.
The following roles are used in edoc automate:
-
admin: Every user who is to access edoc automate must be a member of the admin role. All users in this role can, for example, edit apps in edoc automate.
-
eas-admin: Every user in this role has access to extended areas of the app (directories and files) via WebDAV. Every user in this role can edit apps in edoc automate.
-
eas-editor: Every user in this role can edit apps in edoc automate.
-
eas-admin-show-config-credentials: Every user in this role can see the passwords, secrets etc. in the configuration under Administration unmasked.
