You can create any flows in edoc automate. Before you design a workflow, discuss the details of the business process with those involved.

Each flow must have a unique name within the edoc platform server environment. Reason: the flow can also be used outside of edoc automate, e.g. edoc workplace.

The capitalization of names is ignored.
Here's how

Click on New Flow in the sidebar of your app project.

Enter a unique name and a description for the new flow in the Add Flow dialog.

Click on Add to open the flow editor.

Save the flow.
You can now design a workflow diagram in the BPMN editor using the toolbar. In the detail area, configure the variables under Properties. Under Settings, configure the e-mail notifications for the flow.
You can find the new flow in the sidebar in the Flows section. You can edit the flow directly by clicking on the flow to open the editor.
You can open several flows at the same time and switch back and forth between the flows in the app's navigation bar.
