The CreateDossier action creates a new dossier (file) with the specified properties.

Parameters

TEXT	Category	Specifies the ID of the category in which the dossier (file) is created.
KEYVALUELIST	Properties	Specifies the list of all properties to be set and their values. Key: Specifies the ID of the property. Value: Specifies the value of the property to be set.
