You can export an app to edoc automate to create a local backup of the app manually or to make the app productive for your customers. You can select the version of the app in the export dialog and protect your app with a password if required.
Things to know about password protection
If you protect the app by a password, make a note of the password and store it in a safe place. You will need the password when importing the app, for example. There is no way to get hold of the password if you forget it.
Here's how

In the app overview (start page) under Available Apps, point to the app you want to export to display the action menu (three dots).

Click on Export in the action menu to open the export dialog.

In the Export App dialog, select the components of the app that you want to export, the version and enter a password if necessary.

Click on Export to export an EAX file.
The export process can take a while depending on the size of the app.
