How do I change the details for header fields?

You can define further details for almost every header field in the invoice capture form to set standards and make your users' work easier with fixed selection options.

You can find the table with the header fields under Settings > Capture form > Header fields. Under Details per header field (line), you can define the following details depending on the field format:

  • Field formats Selection list, Autocomplete and Suggestion list: You can assign a value set to each of these field formats. You can find the existing value sets under Capture form > Value sets.

  • Field format Date field: You cannot assign any details to this field format. A date is displayed by default.

  • Field format Text: You can specify a maximum number of characters for this field format.

  • Field format Currency: You can specify the number of decimal places for this field format.

  • Field format Checkbox: You can define a label (UI text, caption) for the checkbox in the data capture form for this field format.

Once you have defined the details for header fields, click on Save in the ribbon.
