Your users can only change the language of the application if you use edoc workplace in your organization. If you use the d.3 mailbox functionality or the Tasks feature in d.velop documents (d.3one), the language settings cannot be changed.
If you have added fields or columns or changed the texts of standard fields, you can enter and change translations in edoc language service.
Discuss with those involved into which languages you will translate your organization-specific texts and which people can provide the correct translations.
Translate all texts into all languages
You must enter a translation for each entry in the table. If translations are missing, only the ID (translation key) is displayed in the application in the respective language.
If an ID is displayed in the application instead of the text, remember the ID and enter the translation in edoc language service.
Click on edoc language service in the app menu to open edoc language service.
Select the languages to be translated
In edoc language service, select the languages that you use in your organization.
